General

Can we consume alcohol in the tour vehicle?

No, our licence does not allow for consumption of any alcohol in our vehicles. We are more than happy however, to arrange stops along the way at lookouts or parks where additional food and alcohol can be consumed.


Do you operate on public holidays?

Yes, we operate on all public holidays except Christmas Day, subject to availability of drivers.

Can we cancel a booking?

Yes but with at least 3 days notice. Cancellations at short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.


What days do you operate?

Tours can be booked 7 days a week with the exception of Christmas Day.


How many people can you take on a Clare Valley Experiences tour? 
Our touring vehicle can comfortably cater for 6 (maximum 7).

Are there any opportunities to mix cycling with wine tours?

Yes, we have a combination tour available which allows a one way morning ride followed by an afternoon chauffeured tour.

Can we select which wineries we visit?

Yes. With a private tour you are welcome to help set the itinerary. The only fixed visits are where we have pre-booked food.


Are children welcome on tours?

Quite a number of wineries supply activities for children both indoors and outdoors. Where we have seating available children are welcome at an appropriate price. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.


At Wineries

Can we meet winemakers?

Yes, but with notice. More opportunities exist Monday to Friday.


Are there tasting fees?

Most Clare Valley wineries now charge a tasting fee but in many cases this fee is redeemable with purchase.

Can special dietary needs be catered for?

Yes. We can accommodate dietary needs, but with notice please.
